Thank you for posting this picture. I pray that you can bring the kitty in open the door. Maybe it will come in. It's very cold outside and then you can tomorrow. Let the shelter know and the police know that you have found this kitty and provide them a description. You don't have to turn it into the shelter. It's very traumatic for kitties at shelters. Many don't make it out. Thank you for feeding this. Kitty please protect it. Thank you
