White cat with brown tabby pattern on back, face and tail. No collar, ear tipped. He has scarring and is missing fur on his right back paw due to a wound.
Message from Owner
I was picking Tom up from being neutered and he got out of the carrier and ran off. This occurred at St Clair county spay and neuter clinic on Fred Moore highway. He is ear tipped. Please if you catch him let me know. I have been caring for Tom for the last few months because he had a wound on his back paw.
