Our boy was found by someone and put in the Pet place on Falkenburg. We were told our boy was running on the streets in Tampa. When he was brought in , hubby was there and requested to adopt him but we were told we had to wait 10 days before we could adopt him as he could belong to someone. He is such a cutie dog! When no one claimed him, we adopted him after they neutered and chipped him. He has been a blessing for almost 14 yrs now. He was about two yrs they said when adopted. ....I thank you for helping this dog. The streets are scary.

Best if you could hold on to her until owner is found. The shelter would not be a good place. If you can't keep her a rescue would be a better choice. If she is howling at night she could have sundowners! 😢💜🐾

Christine Johnson Sliwoski Hi. Thank you for the recommendation. She has already been posted since Saturday on the hillsborough fb page since we’ve taken her to be checked for a microchip Friday. She’s been shaking for two days since we first found her, so would like to get her back to her owner ASAP without having to have her dropped off at a shelter. She’s also posted under petco love lost.

Why not take the dog to the Humane Society of the Pet Resource Center. Thats where an owner will look. They may not be on FB and see this.
