8 pound, Lhasa Apso looking dog

Found this dog in our Backyard yesterday evening. We've seen her running the streets in our Tower Oaks neighborhood the last couple of days. If anyone recognizes her, please let me know. She weighs about 8 pounds and appears to be hse trained and friendly. No collar and not chipped. If we don't find the owner does anyone know of a good no shelter in the area that we can bring her to. I will require proof from anyone who claims to be the owner.
