I told our mail carrier and they told me where our little dog was seen. Sure enough I located the dog with an unkind woman and her family that claimed prior ownership to the dog. They had removed the dog’s collar and tags. I accepted that they had a prior claim on the dog, because I had found her. But they never ever looked for her or put up signs. I did look for her because I cared. Do you think they cared? No ID and no vaccs? No posters or lost ads in newspapers. Glad you care to locate you little dog. I hope you find your sweetheart.
