This isn't the actual dog. There are 2 dogs on the side of the expressway that look similar to this picture. This is in Athens, maybe 3 exits before UGA exit. Before Timothy rd on the expressway. I think it's called either 78 or 29.

These same dogs are in the area almost every single day. They belong to an irresponsible owner who lets them roam. It’s been posted over and over on Facebook for months.
