saw this pet in gastown at 210 abbott. he was unleashed and clearly recently groomed. there were 4 howss people who were doing drugs around him who weren’t awake. he had a new collar on and i think they may have stole him

Jenny Hudson Bailey was quite elderly when she was taken, (Early July 2020) while I wish for it to be true, I don't think it is her, and yes, Bailey did have a docked tail.
