Erie Animal Network - has MANY more followers in its network. I’m going to use the link to contact the person who found/saw this dog. Hope that someone can take it in. It’s still cold @ night, especially if s/he was dumped & has no where to get some cover overnight. I live over in SW Millcreek. Might go look for it tomorrow.
