Boo escaped out the front door today. She's my daughter's dog, and she is on high alert. She has been very skittish and shy and is running from everyone, including us. She was last seen in our neighborhood, so we're hopeful she's going to make it home , but we do appreciate any help that can be given She is chipped, so if she is caught, please be sure to scan for it.

Adriane Wyndham Weisert I was able to drive next to her on airport highway near home Depot and keep her from crossing the road across 5 lanes of traffic. If you can manage to get in that situation you could use a retractable leash and make a big loop out of it and synch it tight. She was literally 2 feet from my passenger door but I was alone.

9/3/26 Update: we saw Boo this morning at 7:00 a.m. in the field across from the Resurrection Lutheran Church on Perrysburg Holland road. She was limping and moving slow. She seems to be spending a lot of time there and in the neighborhood just on the other side of that. She's still skittish and won't let anyone approach. Still Missing been in touch with us about trapping her, unfortunately she's big and they don't have anything to trap her in currently and are working on other options. If anybody has suggestions or knows of someone who would have a large trap please let us know. I have reached out to the dog warden, the game warden, the humane society, and the police departments, to no avail My hope is to entice her bright and early in the morning with some chicken, and see if I can get her to come a little closer. Thank you again to everybody! 💜

Any updates? In this extreme heat it is dangerous for Bernese Mountain Dogs as i have owned 2 myself. Im hoping she is found and back home soon!
