This pup was hanging around the Carleton Acres model homes for quite a few days in the heat. He was very dirty and so skinny you could see his hips and ribs. Seemed to be on his own for a while. I’d guess he’s about a year old. They said they posted his picture a few places but no one claimed him. Going to surrender to a shelter soon because I can’t keep him. Please help
