Baby white pitbull puppy with brown spots

This poor baby has been wondering the streets since November. I look for her or him often to feed her but I barely see her. She is covered in dirt and skin and bones, and has a skin rash which probably came from laying in dirt every night. If anyone has space or a good location that would take the time to help her heal please message me. I normally feed her down the road from me but tonight she walked straight up our steps and caught us by surprise because we usually see her a couple blocks down and always feed her down there. I pray someone can bless her or him. Looks very young and scared and is very beautiful
