white bird with fluffy feathers

this bird flew into my backyard and was very comfortable around people. i’ve never seen this kind of bird and don’t think it’s a native bird. i’m wondering if anyone is missing a bird. from what i can tell, it’s all white and has fluffy feathers on its head and feet. it flew off shortly after interacting with it. it drank water from the patio. i wanted to make anyone aware who may be missing their pet.
