NOTE: Pets can be stolen or transported out-of-state. NOTE: Cats are portable. Cats are able to dislocate their shoulders to aid them in finding shelter in obtuse places. They can get under or in any vehicle or planes. I shared this post with the group I created in memory of my cat who is also missing. The group is called Lost and Found Pets of Colleton County.
