This is the person you chose to give him to knowing she was not financially able to vet him. You did not have the right to give him away and should have taken the advice of so many people to contact a rescue.

I believe I put in the post that he has been scanned. I took him to my vet. He has a chip. The owner has not come forward nor have. They reported him missing. I’m so heartbroken for this boy. He’s contained and he’s been being fed. However, he cannot continue to stay where he’s at. I do not have the means to take him in so I guess today I’m gonna have to take him to Pasco animal services.

Is he actually contained? Or are they still just feeding him in the area? Any veterinarian can scan for a microchip. Or I can if need be.
