Diane Broton yes, this is something that we deal with every year with him. He usually wants to be inside and takes shelter under the bed. This year, the fireworks were started earlier than anticipated. It was still light out and actually gave us humans a jump as well since it was so early and unexpected. For 10 years the same nearby house has done the same fireworks on the same day at the same time. This year they changed it all up and no one expected it.

WE FOUND HIM!!! With the help from LVPetSearch and thermal drones we were directed to a spot in the woods where he was hiding! Please spread the word. Thank you to everyone who has helped look for him!

I've had a dog or 2 for yrs. ALWAYS SO SCARED OF FIREWORKS!!! I USED TO MAKE SURE THEY ATE, DID THEIR BUSINESS, WHEN IT CAME TIME FOR "THE NOISE", I made sure they were OK in the house. All doors closed!!! I would be such a nervous wreck if they got hurt &/or took off!! Love them to pieces!!!

Darn fireworks will do it every time ! Even though we have a fenced in yard, our dog refuses to go outside during the fireworks OR I make him go outside on a leash. Was this dog inside a fenced yard? I hope he gets home safely!
