Irene L Fenger if you read my above comment, animal welfare came to get him and took him to the vet, they too said bullet wound. And yes I did see the entrance and exit wound; he did not have a microchip. I have his tracking number and now he is at the shelter on stray wait.

Janell Butler Powers What if the owners did this to him in the first place? The dog shouldn’t go back to him until they find out they weren’t the ones who shot him. But how are they going to know. I guess we will never know. 😢
