I gave him some food and water around 9 pm last night. Searched pawboost but didn’t see a match. He is a nice non aggressive dog. Shooting him was uncalled for! I first noticed him last week after the storm. I thought he belonged to someone on Westminster. Thanks for getting him help. Prayers his people find him since shelters are over burdened.

Animal welfare came to pick him up and took him to the vet. No microchip :( he is the sweetest pup. They too think it was a through and through bullet wound. I hope his owners will find him or someone will adopt him.

It may be shot in the head unless you see the actual wound… the shelter will only pick up injured or aggressive dogs right now, you can absolutely call this in to be picked up!
