Brandon Busche as I have previously commented I have scanned this dog with two different chip readers and have been unable to find a chip. The greenish/blue line you describe that can sometimes be seen on female dogs indicates she has been spayed and the chips are not placed in the abdomen skin. Standard practice by veterinary professionals is to place the chip under the skin in the neck or between shoulder blades. Just trying to correct some misinformation you appear to be spreading.

Please bring this little angel to the vet to get scanned for the chip to find its owners. If you look on its belly, you will see a greenish/blue line. That means it has a chip embedded within it. SOMETIMES, (it is rare - but some unlicensed puppy mill breeders) will chip them in the neck as well. Best practice is to bring him/her to the vet to get scanned.
