Dark brindle male/ black & white female

Message from Finder

Both of these dogs showed up one day this week. There is another dog in heat and that's why the male showed up. His companion stays in our laundry room. They both are sweet, look healthy. Someone has been feeding them. The female has a skin condition. Most of her fur gone, scabs. I can't keep these dogs. I wish I knew a rescue that could get them. I have more photos. I don't have a car, so I can't transport them anywhere.
