Hey! This dog came and is extremely in bad conditions. I was able to feed him and he is so sweet. I was told he has a family but I am not sure and he is not being taken care of. Please help me on what I can do, I can’t keep him as I already have 2 but I wanna help him

I would contact Animal Control, if he is on your property and matted real bad you could take him to get trimmed, but I would check for a chip first. Animal Control would be my thought for an abandoned dog.
