Please take kitten to the Idaho Humane Society on Dorman Street (off Orchard). They are open today till 6:00PM. They will scan for a microchip and keep safe will awaiting for legal owner to claim. If not claimed will e fully vetted and placed for adoption. Poor little one was probably in the undercarriage of a vehicle and either jumped down or fell down onto the roadway.
