Hoping you find this puss😕❤️ Go out looking for her/him at night when it’s quiet. Call and listen! for them to call back. Go down laneways etc too - they could be trapped in a garage, injured & hiding, scared… Knock on doors & talk to people on the street - they may know of her/him - someone may have taken them in. Post on All Neighbourhood social media sites. Put up posters - drop as flyers in mailboxes. File a LOST report with Toronto/other Animal Services in case they end up there - continue to check their listings! Continue to call - they won’t necessarily call you. Also, check their ‘deceased animals’ listings 🥲 Consider setting a well-monitored live trap in your yard. He may be too scared to come out but may be able to be trapped. You may catch other critters that will need to be released. Keep looking! Don’t give up on her/him .🥰

DIDI is beautiful. Now let’s find her. She will be very nervous and likely hiding not far from your home. When you’re out searching this evening take a flashlight with you. The light will shine off her eyes and makes it easier to locate her. Look under every veranda and bush and any tiny place she may be hiding. Ask your neighbours to search their garage and under their porch or perhaps they will allow you to. She may have also climbed up a tree, so look there as well. Take a bag of treats and shake them while calmly calling her name. Put up posters and contact shelters in your area every 3 days to see if she has been turned in. If you haven’t yet gotten her micro chipped, please do, so should this happen again she can be returned to you. GOOD LUCK ❤

Please place his bedding 🛏outside, along with the owner's unwashed clothing👚👖 front and back door 🚪with a can of tuna 🐟 on each entrance, you can leave your garage door a bit open as well. In case it comes in that way. And leaving food there as well...supervise food outdoors. Also vacuumed home 🧹dirt in a stocking hanging it in front and back of home🏡 enterence . You can also add some catnip 🌱in a stocking hanging by your entrances. Show your neighbo🖼picture of the cat. Ten houses to the left ten house to the right front and back if they spot him to give you a call☎️ immediately. Go early in the ☀️morning and shake treats calling the cats name when things are quiet.. Tell neighbors to check their sheds and garage.Just in case it's trapped.. Also, you can install a camera 📹to monitor and see if the cat is around your house . Best of luck 🍀finding your kitty 🙏 ❤️🏡🐾

Shared. Note that two days is a long time to a cat, this is longer. If you have not yet done all these things do them ASAP, if you have do them again and go further in your search. Notify Richmond Hill Animal Services and check their website(s) for found cats. Carefully check around your home and property, focusing on small, hidden spots like closets, dresser drawers and hidden nooks and crannies in garages, sheds, basement etc., as cats often hide nearby when scared. Search all nearby shrubs, bushes and trees, window wells, garages and sheds. Ask nearby neighbours to do the same. Alert local vet offices, rescues and shelters. If she's unspayed and in heat she probably will have been chased by intact males and have trouble finding her way back home. Cats will usually stay near the door they left for a day or two before searching for food. In case she is still nearby or comes around leave her used litter and some food and water in hidden places near the door she left NOW and check l;ate this evening. Alert local feral cat feeders who may spot her searching for food. See Pawboost for more ways to find and sample posters. Put a notice in nearby neighbours mailboxes, post on local notices boards, in community centres, churches and schools. Go out after dark bring food and treats, search a 5+ block radius, stop periodically and softly call but do not make any loud noises or sudden moves. Lost cats are terrified and do not recognize their owner as safe.

Go out around 2AM with smelly food or treats and call softly for her. Have neighbors check sheds and garages. Post lots of signs. Also a good idea to stick notes through your neighbour’s door or mailbox for them to check their properties.
