Aria Rodriguez i had a maltees a d a Lil shitzu that I didn't cut there hair in winter but NEVERlooked like ur dog and I always kept it trimmed off their face so they could see your poor dog was Very Very dirty and unkept you can make all the excuses u want but this Lil dog was not taken care of did u find him yet yet?and I do care i care bout condition that poor Lil guy is in
