If he had a litter box . You shouldn't scoop it . Put it outside so he can smell it . Why was a blind cat allowed out though ?!

Flyers and neighbors doors are very effective. Try Missing cats, found cats of..., lost cats of..., Petcolove.org lost and found pets of..., Arizona lost and found pets, Lost & found pets of AZ, straydars Arizona, Straydars for Arizona, Humane society site, Nextdoor and craigslist but require a photo of the found/lost cat & match it carefully.

Please put out water, dry cat food , cat toy, & a piece of family clothing so cat knows they are at home ❤️. Also if you have a jar of cat treats go outside & shake the jar do cat hears that & Probably knows the sound! ❤️
