Caryl Shade is it a big cat though. Cause I can’t tell the size. This looks like a kitten. Is it? Can u give a description. I have a few friends there too who can look. The other cat is huge probably 20 lbs. this one looks smaller. Can you set food out. I have a live trap I can lend u or a carrier. I can do it yet this morning . I also have food for you

Is it a big fat tabby cat ? If so it is owned and they let it out. If u see it again can u take a better pic. He has been turned into the humane soc a few times. If it’s a different cat. check with neighbors, post on nextdoor or any neighborhood facebook pages or email lists. If there is no owner, coax with food into your garage or indoors or into a carrier. If you have a carrier, any clinic can scan for a chip. If not, call dispatch 608-255-2345 and they can pick up from a garage or a carrier and take to the humane society
