White small mix maybe 20lbs, super sweet hopped right in my car and refused to leave

I stopped to get her out of the road but she hopped in my car and didn’t plan on leaving, and I was worried she would just run back in the middle of bell. She’s super high energy and definitely is loved somewhere! She has a blue and pink color on.
