Message from Owner

Marble is an approximately 2-year-old neutered male who has been missing since Tuesday, September 8, around 9 PM. Description: Gray/silver short-haired tabby with darker gray stripes, a lighter belly and chest, and green eyes. Marble has lived around our home since he was little and comes home every single day to eat. He is very loved, and disappearing like this is completely out of character for him. Please check Ring/security camera footage from Tuesday night onward, as well as garages, sheds, backyards, underneath decks, bushes, and other hiding places. If you have seen Marble at any time since Tuesday—even briefly—please let me know where, what day, and approximately what time. Even an older camera sighting could help us determine which direction he went. Please do not chase him. We miss Marble terribly and just want him home safe. ❤️🐾

What to do if you lose your Cat 1. Search all places inside and around your house as cats can hide in small places. 2. Shake their treat bag and softly call their name. 3. Search at dusk and dawn with a flashlight as the light will pick up their eyes. Outside they tend to hide under shrubs, under porches, in open sheds & drainage ditches. You can shake their treats while looking outside too. 4. Put something with your scent on it outdoors, on a porch or deck if possible or in a garage with the door cracked. Sometimes the scent brings them home. You can also put out their litter box but depending on where you live, it could attract predators. 5. Post on nextdoor & Ring Neighbors app. 6. Post on pawboost. You can download a free flyer here. 7. Make a lost pet report to all the local shelters especially in areas that have close boundaries. 8. Post on FB Lost & Found Groups 9. Post on PetFBI site and use .org as the ending. 10. If chipped, report to chip company but don’t forget to change status when your cat is found. 11. Ask your neighbors to check their garages and sheds. Your cat may be coming around the house late at night.
