OMG thank you. He is beautiful. His behavior tells me he's dumped. When I lived on Bull Run Mountain, people came there just to dump their dogs. It also could be someone had to deport or detained and he had no place to go. Can you contact Virginia German Shepherd Rescue or Maryland German Shepherds or Mid-Atlantic GSP Rescue ? Not the shelter, a rescue will ensure his forever being kept safe. Unless of course you love him enough to take him and love him forever.
