Three people at the park said he was tied to a truck but when i arrived before sunset, he was alone and wondering the entrance to the park. By the time sun fell, no one was left at the park and no one was looking for him or calling his name. He was extremely tired and thirsty. I have him in my he’s safe but he’s not microchipped
