Why are you recommending that people not at least, explore the possibility of using someone offereing to help track a cat?!! I have found many lost cats & had help from others who’d been successful! That is how I learnt & then was able to help others!! Why would you tell people not to accept help??? What the heck bad can happen when others with experience offer help with NO STRINGS ATTACHED??!! You don’t go out in the street to post hundreds of flyers do you? Nor do you walk late at night or very early in the morning to call the cat by name for 1-2 hours do you? Well that’s the way I’ve found the majority of lost cats during 15 years. Your organization is great but to remove the “ hands on” very successful method I & others have used from people who have lost their cats, is plain cruel & arrogant!
