The adorable baby was running loose in the park, no owner or leash. I have never seen a dog here without a leash, made me think it must be a stray. A car that was parked across the pond came to the side where the dog was. The young man driving the car lured the dog over and put it in his car and left. I immediately pulled out and followed the car several miles until it arrived at a hse. I have the license plate number and address if you believe this is your dog.
