Margaret Binyon stupidly, no. I had a collar on him, but no tags either. He had been a strictly indoor cat until very recently. And I just hadn’t had a chance. I’m really kicking myself for not doing it. I just really didn’t think something like this would happen. I don’t know why someone would take him.
