Beautiful dog, well behaved, no chip. Understands basic commands, so he belonged to someone. Kind of skinny so looks like he may have been on his own for awhile. We are actively trying to place him somewhere, we already have three rescue dogs and cats, we don't have the bandwidth for another.

I doubt it. It's been several weeks. Just looking for a nice soft landing for him. He's a velcro dog (Doug), as these dogs tend to be. Right now it's me. I already have three rescues, and as we are getting older, had decided not to adopt anymore. Not that he's not a great dog, he'll outlive us, and we don't have a plan for that , kids are scattered at the moment. I feel like there is a home out there waiting on him.

Charlotte Boeker-Burris We are back from Ireland and are really looking for a good place to place him. He has been great with our dogs, all of whom are rescuse. We had decided after the last dog Susie, who had cancer and other issues and had to be let go, that we can't keep adopting dogs. We have a 14 y/o heeler, a 9 y/o heeler, and a -Zhu that my mom adopted last year a few months before she passed, she's probably 5 now. Doug is you, I'd say 2-3 y/o. Would love to find a good home for him, and if you have 19 acres, that's quite a bit. He is learning from our dogs, and would learn from yours. My number is 520-249-6821, Chuck.
