Shared. Are you able to secure until owners found so he doesn’t get hit by a car or worse? People are cruel. I know the shelters super full but may want to email the photo to them in case owners looking or call AC if you think he’s in danger for being on peoples property Search the lost section of pawboost. Vets can scan for chip For free. whatever you do get hard proof of ownership and veterinary references for any fosters or adopters and CALL them as people search these sites for bait dogs and backyard breeding. Send women and kids to get them to not raise red flags.
