Found him running on the busy streets in Downey maybe like 5 blocks from the 105 fwy entrance. I believe he was on Imperial and then ran towards downtown Downey. He’s a friendly guy, potty trained, well taken care of. An indoor dog for sure. Looking for his guardians.
