Jennifer Adams my neighbor & his girlfriend found him in the rain on 41 so they pulled over to take him to safety and then they called me and I said that I would help find the owners . He is safe with her , I fed him and she took him home to her house in Lehigh because that’s where she lives , to give him a bath ! He was wet and cold ! We dried him and gave him a dry towel to lay on
