As scared as he is, he may be hunkered down very close by. Is Moby a new name (foster name) asking if he’d recognize it, doubtful if new name. Late at night (tonight) & very early morning (so area is silent); sit quietly near your backyard area where he escaped and have very pungent bacon or some other very pungent food. Don’t have other people around. Just sit quietly with good, stinky food. Have a slip rope handy to slip on, if possible. Otherwise, if he’s on the run, or just too scared, then sightings & trapping is best alternative. Alert all the rescues/vets/shelters/neighbors. Social media is your friend in this instance. But insist they do not chase, only report location & time of sighting. Good Luck. 🐾

The leashes could have caught on something. Look nearby. This happened in my old neighborhood and the pup was in plain sight and we all missed it. He got caught up on brush because of his leash. All ended well and praying this does, too! ❤️🙏🐾

Post on the Nextdoor app, neighbors by ring, petfbi. Place flyers up in your neighborhood and the surrounding ones. Check with your local animal shelter daily and in person. Prayers for a safe return!🙏
