Chuya Guo I leash DOES NO GOOD; IF THE PERSON DOES NOT HOLD ON TO IT.Its clear he was just let outside without holding onto leash.

Hi all / he is still on the loose. We believe he has made it to Duluth but we need your help in spotting him. Pictures are most helpful as there are LOTS of dogs on the run. We need to ensure it is in fact him. If you DO see him and he's nearby to where you live, please consider putting out a bowl of smelly food but ONLY if you have a camera near by (ring, security cams) etc. thank you!

Judy Thompson he was on 3 leashes with an AirTag and a 6 foot fence. Your judgement and negativity has no positive impact.
