I just saw this same dog on High St, near Forest, tonight, about 8pm, walking South. I called it, it crossed the street and turned on Forest heading East towards Garfield Park/Banana Splits area. It looked scared. I hope someone is able to find out who this furbaby belongs to before the rain comes tomorrow. 😘😇🙏🐾
