Poor fella saw him at Walmart 2 weeks ago then same day at Texaco and roaming other times, I've been able to feed him 3 times now. He's looking pretty scruffy now, im homeless with a dog that recently adopted me so I can only feed him and water, I do think he recognizes me and my car now, He needs to get out of these parking lots as he's crossing Naco frequently
