Don't worry about what people say. I would delete comments that give you no support and block them. Some people have no idea what an animal can mean to someone. I would do the same thing. THIS IS MAUI . An animal is not supposed to go missing this long without at least a true fact of where she is or if anything happened to her Why people can't be honest is beyond me. They will get their karma right back. What goes around comes around... Have faith Serena i have seen dogs missing for a year and end up reuniting !

Anke Kügler hey I messaged the owner I think I misidentified her. The dog I saw was small, (and yes, alone).

Again, there’s no reason to assume she’s dead. Makes me function a lot better on the day to day to imagine she’s alive and well. I’ve got no evidence in either direction. And don’t need to wake up to other people’s fearful realistic ideas. Nothing is certain. We don’t live in the boonies, we live 2 minutes to makawao town and have hundreds of neighbors. Once we started hiking the area, we realized how small the gaps between Olinda and piiholo is, like 20 minutes for me to walk. This is neither here nor there, but if you’d searched as thoroughly as we have (yes even in the ditches by roads, and in gulches), and we have found no trace. It’s easy enough to pick up a trusting dog on the road. All this to say, please be positive for our family, and keep murder thoughts to yourselves. 3 months isn’t the longest a dog has been missing for. We’ve heard so many stories of reunion after much longer times. We ain’t giving up, and you don’t need to read these posts if our faith in finding our dog bothers you. She’s coming home, one of these days. ♥️♥️♥️♥️♥️
