Diane Wells you are right. But we are suppose to read the brochure. I’m guilty of not reading it. Look how old my dogs were when I found out. That is why I posted about the chips. Fyi everyone.

Our lawn mowing company and pool cleaning company left our gates open at one time or another. Now I have chains and locks on both gates and when they arrive they have to let me know and I bring my dogs in and unlock the gates

Therese Clapp I also think that the veterinarians chip the animals hand the brochure to them and never tell them to register. I read the pamphlet so registered my dogs. I am so sad for the lost dogs It is heartbreaking for the owners
