Dave Campione if I remember correctly from the news story. The front yard was fenced. So basically the thieves accessed her front yard and stole them. The same way a thief breaks into a home through a door or a window. Guess she never guessed someone would be balls enough to access her fenced yard. As many ppl let their dogs out in a fenced property to use the bathroom, play and sun bath
