There are great tips in the comments- the only thing I would add is the other pet tracking service (Scent Rescue Team) that works by donation, not by fee. Here's their fb page, and their contact info. is under "Other"- it's not automatically visible- you have to click on "more". https://www.facebook.com/groups/1722110951607272
