Chihuahua, three colors white, black, and tan colored cruelly dumped off 110 freeway. Roaming around 110 freeway area 90003. We are trying to locate and rescue this dog. Last seen running between Gage and Florence along S. Flower Street.

Is this the first time you post? This is since May 5 did you talk to the homeless and homeless areas around the freeway check the shelters in the area to see if it was picked up post and all the lost and found pages around. I hope you did that right away

Did you report to the police department or to the Caltrans? If it was in the freeway, Caltrans is whom you should call but also the police department if you saw the dog being dumped
