Well I guess she has no chip Obviously no collar . Maybe it was just hanging out and got lost

Sulcatas are land tortoises and not native to Florida. She does not swim, so it would not be good to throw her in water, as she could drown. They can get over 100 pounds. I have one myself, so this is why someone brought her to me until we find her owner.

How do you know it’s someone’s pet and not just roaming yo far from the water? Just curious because I have had to get out of my car many times and lead them back to the water
