This cat has been coming to my hse in the evening for the last three days to eat. She seems incredibly comfortable around people, and is very skinny but well groomed, which makes me think she is an escaped cat.

Another update: She recently became incredibly sick and unable to walk due to dehydration caused by some type of diarrheal disease, so we took her in to A&M's small animal hospital under their Good Samaritan program.
