Make sure to get outside right away and begin (continue) the search. All neighbours (circumference) around home 4 + homes on each side, front and back. Ask permission to look on property under decks, shed etc. or ask if they will look. Flashlight will illuminate eyes in dark nooks. Check garages. Your sweet cat is most likely not too far. Extend your search to surround area for your own peace of mind.
