One was chipped, the owner was called, but not looking very positive for reunification. I am planning on taking them to a shelter today :(

Were you able to scan them for microchips? A Veterinarian or a Fire Station will Scan them for microchips for FREE. Thank you for helping those lost doggies. You are Angels for helping them. Please let us know what happens to them. Best wishes for all concerned. 😟
