Can u hold her until Monday ..they will come get her if u let her loose she will be hungry and seems she's already neglected matted hair is heavy and pulls on the doggie skin it hurts 🤕 oh my

I can care for the dog until animal control comes out. Its too hot for that baby outside, no food or water
